A. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order either by email or by phone during working hours.
Q. Is there any cancellation policy for the same day Delivery?
A. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
Q. Is there is any cancellation policy for special offer & Stock Clearance sale etc.?
A. Cancellation Policy is not applicable for products sold under special offers during festive season / special occasion or stock clearance sale etc…
Q. Is there is any cancellation policy on Perishable items & Quality of Product surity?
A. S Trade Nutrition does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
